Globus Urban Hotel Florence

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to our every need. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore all the major sights on foot. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to everyone.

Everything was wonderful, no complaint, I would recomand it. Overall fairly clean property, it had pleasant staff and rooms. The breakfast was included and had a great selection of meals.

i liked great location and staff. the hotel was a unique base for enjoying a safe area. there was a good restaurant with delicious meals. i came here for 2 nights and had a very enjoyable stay.

Guests can easily walk to most main attractions in Florence, saving time and transportation costs.

The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast had a good variety and was served in individual glass jars for hygiene. we had a fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel.

The noise from the air conditioning and the sound of footsteps in the hallway could be bothersome. Some rooms had limited natural light and views.

The location was great, just a short walk to most of the major sights in the center and in the lively China Town area. The staff were amazing and seemed to fully understand what service is about. They excelled at customer service from front desk to the bell hop and all the way to the restaurant. The happy hour was a nice touch and the room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV.

Great location, close to historical center and train station. Central food market on the doorstep. Exceptionally helpful staff who provided a map and recommendations upon arrival. Nice touches like complimentary croissants and coffee in reception all day, and free drink and nibbles in the evening.

Very cramped bathroom in the room, especially for taller individuals. the staircase was in need of a paint job.
